[Gimp-print-devel] small problem with gimp 1.0 vs 1.1(.21)

unhibits saving of the printrc file for any version of gimp-1.1 but 1.1.21
because it tried to save to ~/.gimp/printrc
probaply we should have a GIMP_1_0, GIMP_1_1 and GIMP_1_2 or something like
that?
