I have, and they are still broken. The output file sizes are not exactly the same, but mode 2 still produces blank and garbage pages, and modes 3 and 6 produce small files. I could not find any material difference between the output in 3.1.3 and the repository (at least while using the print plugin -- I haven't had time to try the Ghostscript driver). There was a minor mistake in softweave mode (ink drop size wasn't set if the correct size for that printer is zero), but that was the case in both versions. I've fixed it, so you might as well give it a shot. Could you do me a favor? You'll find a perl script named parse-escp2 in the repository. Please run that over the output from mode 2 and mode 3, and send me about the first 30 lines of output (the output from mode 2 might be fairly voluminous). -- Robert Krawitz <rl...@al...> http://www.tiac.net/users/rlk/ Tall Clubs International -- http://www.tall.org/ or 1-888-IM-TALL-2 Member of the League for Programming Freedom -- mail lp...@uu...
