   In 1440Enhanced an extra line shows up in the face. It seems tohave
   constant distance from the hair. On my monitor, it is about a millimeter
   away. The missing yellow in the top could be caused by a printer
   problem.

   2880x720 shows the extra line on the face at a larger distance and
   darker. The missing yellow in the top shows up most clearly here. The
   shadows under the lower lips does not look good, but this may be a
   gamma/curves problem. But let's disregard this resolution.

   1440 High Quality looks okay, but suffers a bit from the wormy textures.
   Maybe thowse works are also cousing the other problems I've seen, and I
   should switch to adaptive Floyd-Steinberg.

I couldn't reproduce any of this stuff...
