Stupid me! The problem shows up when I'm queuing a second image
while the first one is printing and I don't have paper in the printer.

So the printer runs out of paper when it tries do print the next
job. I insert paper and push the paper feed button, the printer
starts but either produces the white bar, reprints a quarter inch
or form feeds the page. I guess it's a problem with the USB
connection.=20
