Does it fully document the entire PCL command set for the new 9xx and
P1000 printers? 

And, #2, anything in the legalities about distributing said documentation
to one and all without every one who has already paid their money (me, for
one) for their brand new HP printer being required to sign up for HP's
fancy Program first?
