[Gimp-print-devel] Ordered dither

I've committed some ordered dither code to a branch named
ordered-dither-branch (the branch point is ordered-dither-bp).  So if
anyone wants to play with the ordered dither code, I think I've
committed everything that's needed.

Warning: this code is somewhat of a mess.  It only works for Epson
Stylus printers right now.
