Karl, thanks for taking the lead with this.  I'm happy with you as
contact; you've built this one up, and given your SANE stuff they'd
probably be happy dealing with you.  I'm curious what the ISV support
form is...

Pity about the remote mode and all, but we can always do things one
step at a time.

BTW, this isn't a reply because my ISP's mail forwarder seems to be
horribly backed up, so the two messages from today haven't hit my
mailbox yet (they probably will overnight).  This seems to be an
ongoing problem.
