I've made some fairly significant changes in the dither code. I've added new modes for line art, solid color, and continuous tone (basically, these flip various settings in the dither code). I've modified the dither code itself to do a better job of diffusing error, and 1440x720 highest quality and 1440x720 two pass look significantly better. What line art does differently from continuous tone (photo) is: 1) Spreads error less widely. 2) Reduces the black threshold. 3) Reduces the randomization. Solid tone is somewhere between these two modes. -- Robert Krawitz <rl...@al...> http://www.tiac.net/users/rlk/ Tall Clubs International -- http://www.tall.org/ or 1-888-IM-TALL-2 Member of the League for Programming Freedom -- mail lp...@uu...
