Dithering still seems to be working OK.

However, any attempt to print RGB or RGBA images in mono now results
in the plugin dying with seg faults. I backed out the changes
to print-util.c back to 1.78 and it works (but with the RGBA bug).
I changed the "255" to "2550" and it still works.
