   I just run a test with all modes: Everything is working as far as the
   actual printing is concerned. The only problem is that the 720 softweave
   modes have a problem with the image placement. This is true for both
   variable and single dot size.

OK, I just checked in what I think will fix this and get the printout
about 3/8" closer to the top of the page.
