   OK, here's what I get with 2/2":
   720 dpi: Image is printed at position 4 1/8" from left edge and 3 1/4" down
   1440 dpi:                             2 1/8" from left edge and 3 1/4" down

So the 1 1/4" from the top is a constant; the horizontal position is
off by a factor of 2.
