720dpi softweave (variable dot size):
	I'm printing a 1"x1" image at position 1"/1"
	-> it prints in the correct size, but about 2 1/4 " down
	   and 2 1/8" from the left edge

1440 dpi (variable dot size):
	Same image, same position
	-> it prints in the correct size, but about 2 1/4" down
	   and 1 1/8" from the left edge.

So if I ignore the 1/8", the horizontal position of the 1440dpi image
is correct.=20

BTW: How's the scaling supposed to work? The PPI setting does work, but
the % setting IMHO does not. If I specify 100%, I assume that the image
is printed in the size I've specified in the Image Scale dialog. Is my
assumption wrong?
