   The single dot size prints are all OK.=20

   The microweave mode does no longer work, the printer just spits out
   blank pages. The 360 mode prints very slow, it seems to overprint the
   same spot ove and over again, but the image looks good.

OK, I believe I've fixed microweave mode (specifically, removing all
use of the "new" commands).  Please try again.
