Variable dot size does anything at all in 360 dpi mode???  That's
interesting, because it's not supposed to.
							  
							  In the 720 and
   1440 modes, variable dot size just starts ejecting paper (720 high
   quality does print a couple of lines of random text before ejecting). 
   In single dot size, all modes work and have the correct size.

Ugh.  I don't understand that at all.
