Well, the 750 docs do mention it in passing on page 20 of the Level 1 docs.
It says it's used for setting the paper feed sequence.  It's also got a
footnote which includes "See the Remote mode section for more information".
Unfortunately there is no Remote mode section.

The only really technical info there is that it starts with ESC ( R and
continues until ESC 0.  The two allowed remote mode commands that it mentions,
SN and ST, are not documented.  It's mentioned again on pages 24 and 25
when it discusses using roll paper in the 1200, but there's no meat to
any of this.
