Scheeshz, talk about reinventing the wheel...

Well, I still like mine better, despite the fact that his probably works...:)
I think mine does more extensive error checking.  It looks like his expects
a sane escp2 file as input.  I'm working on the assumption that all input
is highly suspect and quite likely broken.  It will be good to compare the two.

I had contacted Gunther Hess previously about his work, but he never
mentioned this in his mail.  He seemed rather busy, and I don't think he
has worked on any of this stuff recently.
