[Gimp-print-devel] autoconf

Ok, I've made my first attempt at getting autoconf working.  I committed
several files which may be sufficient to compile print and unprint
using autoconf.  Hopefully I didn't screw anything up too badly.

I have to apologize.  I accidently trounced on Makefile.in and Makefile
during my commission.  These are generated files when using autoconf.  If
we want to stick to using autoconf, then, these files should probably
be removed from the repository entirely, since they will be generated on
the fly from Makefile.am and configure.in.

This stuff still needs work as not all bits of it are as elegant as they
should be.

Let me know if (when?) you have problems.
