I'm currently disassembling a bunch of canon-print files to get the canon part of the print plugin working. The color pattern I'm printing contains 8 intensity levels each for CMYKRGB. Is this amount of colors sufficient for producing color-transfer information or would we need more? Are there any standard methods for reverse engineering color-management data? Any tools for extracting the data from the print files? I've started to work on one for the canon stuff but would happily use an existing one ;-) Andy |
