A combination of a heavy snowstorm and a flaky VPN-type connection to
work let me get some stuff done.  Here are the latest goodies:

1) Some improvements to the newer Epson printers.  There's actually
   some hope that the 440, 640, 740, 900, 750, and 1200 will print.

2) Generalized page sizes.  Rather than having each printer work from
   a fixed list, I put a list of paper sizes in print-util, and the
   drivers query this database.
