If you have not already been prompted to install Rosetta, you will have to do it manually. Open the Terminal.app (/Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app). In a Terminal window, copy and paste the following command and hit Enter. You will be prompted for you administrator's password for your user account. Be aware that nothing will appear on the screen as you enter you password. Hit Enter after you enter your password. sudo softwareupdate --install-rosetta --agree-to-license The uninstaller seldom works after a system upgrade. The software receipt is frequently not copied over to the new system. Matt |
