The computer I use is an iMAC Office desktop 0SX 10.9.5 with Windows 7 Ult. > > Can you oblige me with a program so that I can start using my BJC-210 Canon printer please? > > Failing that, do you think XP Pro or some old prog. on a separate old computer) would be able to get my BJC-210 operational again? > > With very many thanks, > > James Sleigh (in Toronto). Your Canon BJC-210 is supported by Gutenprint. You can download the latest Gutenprint drivers at gutenprint-5.3.3_rev.dmg <https://sourceforge.net/projects/gimp-print/files/gutenprint-5.3/5.3.3/gutenprint-5.3.3_rev.dmg/download> Looking on the Canon website, I find that your printer is supported for Mac OSX 10.9. Canon shows that it supports this printer all the way from OSX 10.1 through macos 11 (Big Sur) That is quite an accomplishment. Canon also supports it on Windows 7 (64x). This is on the USA Canon site at https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/support-inkjet-printer/bjc-series/bjc-210/bjc-210?tab=drivers_downloads <https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/support-inkjet-printer/bjc-series/bjc-210/bjc-210?tab=drivers_downloads> Matt |
