Hello Joel, I think you are out of luck, I looked up the PSC 1210 and 1200 printers, could not find specs for the 1217 but it seems it could be the same family. These printers do not use PCL, instead they support a LIDIL, which is basically host-based printing. The computer's CPU rasterizes the data, which creates the bitmaps of the printed pages. It also sends commands directly to the print heads.
