Hello,

I was hoping that you all might be able to help with a particular issue
I've run into.  I was recently gifted a HP Color LaserJet 3600n.  While
getting it working on Windows was easy enough, I've hit major issues with
my Macs (which are my primary computers).  Sadly, it seems that it is from
an era of printers which HP has completely abandoned any continued Apple
support for, even removing the ability to download the original OS X 10.6
drivers from the HP website.  I've seen numerous forum threads by unhappy
users who are also stuck, but no meaningful solutions.

Is there any solution?  A similar driver that may be compatible? I noticed
that there are not drivers for HP 3400-3600 series printers in Gutenprint -
is it simply that there is no way to make it compatible anymore?

Any advice/assistance would be greatly appreciated!
