First, which printer model are you trying to use?

Next, unless you have one of several Mitsubishi[-derived] models or the 
Sinfonia CS2, there is no need for the image processing libraries and 
data tables in my selphy_print repository -- the standard gutenprint 
installer already has everything necessary.

(And even if you do have one of those models, those manufacturers 
 provide native MacOS drivers anyway..)

And lastly, due to the considerable complexity in dealing with MacOS, 
selphy_print does not support standalone installation.  Indeed, due to 
MacOS security, I'm not sure what gets compiled will even function.

(That said, it ought to at least compile.  I'll look into that..)
