I had a similar problem with the Python installer 3.7.3 and there is an outstanding bug report over there. Here was the response of the developer: > Thank you for the report. It appears that macOS installer packages produced on current versions of macOS can no longer be successfully opened by the macOS 10.6 (Snow Leopard) system installer. This used to work. Perhaps a certificate or something else has changed. I can try repackaging the Python installer package using an older macOS tool chain but I probably will not be able to get to this for a few days because of travel. It sounds like the same problem and threw the same error message. Something to do with "Bundle-format installer packages" :/ Hope that is helpful Steve On Feb 7, 2020, at 8:30 PM, Matt Broughton wrote: > > >> On Feb 7, 2020, at 7:11 PM, Steve <ste...@nc...> wrote: >> >> 5.2.15 installs OK but 5.3.3 throws the error: >> >> "The operation couldn’t be completed. We are trying to resolve the issue for future releases. Right now, the solution is to use v5.2.15 as you have found out. > > Matt > > > > _______________________________________________ > Gimp-print-devel mailing list > Gim...@li... > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/gimp-print-devel |
