I know Apple is going to require me to submit my builds for inspection before it will install but thought that was still a future requirement. I’ll have to check and see if this is now required. Gutenprint has not been tested with that system. However, the most likely problem is you Security setting. Open System Preferences --> Security. Make sure the choice for installing software is set to App store and identified developers.
