What operating system or application are you targeting here, and what 
sort of functionality are you looking for?  

These printers are typically custom-programmed to generate 
application-specific output using the printer's featureset (eg barcodes, 
directly rendering text, etc) rather than as a dumb raster output device 
that would be the norm with a traditional OS-level printer driver.

It looks like Epson doesn't provide programming documentaiton for this 
particular model, and given that generic ESC/POS doesn't support 
full-color printing, without some assistance from Epson writing any sort 
of non-Windows driver for this thing is likely to be a difficult 
undertaking.
