I haven't found specification of what the output is, but I doubt very
much that any existing driver would work even for CMY-only output; for
white output, there is surely a non-standard way of generating that
channel.  It's not doable by means of a standard profile; the idea
with this kind of printer is to specify exactly where you want the
white ink.
