Hello, I just got a Mac with Mojave (OS 10.14) pre-installed. I cannot find *any* print driver for the Canon ImageRunner C3580 printer. https://www.canondrivers.org/canon-irc3580i-driver-download/ shows that the highest OS for which there is a driver is 10.11. I even looked at PrintFab.net, but that software also doesn't seem to support this Canon. I would be willing to pay for a third-party driver, if I could find one. I looked on http://gimp-print.sourceforge.net/p_Supported_Printers.php, and best I can tell, Gutenprint does not offer a driver for this copier/printer. Is there any way support for this printer could be added? It's an old model printer, to be sure, but these machines are work horses and just don't die easily. I'm sure there are thousands of them in use, but, I guess only being run from Windows machines. Can you please tell me what to do to find a way to print from the Mac to this wonderful printer/copier? Thank you & Kind Regards, Eric Chapman |
