Extremely doubtful, a quick look online did not even bring up any
specs of what protocols this printer uses/supports.
If it has support for common formats, then there is always a chance to
use a driver for that particular format. On the other hand, if not,
then chances are effectively nil.

That is a CUPS question, and easily achieved I presume by setting CUPS
log level to debug.
It seems your issues are basically CUPS issues, so I would use the
CUPS mailing list to handle that.
