[Gimp-print-devel] Epson L1800 wrong colors

Hello,

I am trying to print with the Epson L1800 printer:

Using Ubuntu 18.04, gutenprint 5.2.13, cups 2.2.7

I am unable to match the colors in the printer.
For example, a sky cyan turn into dark blue.

I have tried many combinations like paper type, resolution, color model,
color precision and color correction.
The only configuration that made a little difference was the color
correction to high accuracy, but still far from the correct ones.

I know that there are tons of options to make it right, but I have no idea
on what to try.

I appreciate any direction.
