The dyesub backend now runs under Windows!
This including dynamically loading the image processing libraries and
datafiles that some models require. :)
I cross-commpiled the backend using mingw. Unfortunately the rest of
Gutenprint isn't terribly cross-compile friendly, but there's value in
improving that regardless..
Anyway. Thought I'd share the news..
