Hello team, I had a problem, I ask in community of apple and someone told me to download your software but I need some help. My printer is Sony up-dr200, so I downloaded gutenprint-5.2.12, I run the dmg file and install it, I went to printers menu, I add the printer with the software. I have some questions as I don't know well that part -I must do something with CUPS or the dmg file doing it automatically? -My printer supports cutting mode 2x6*2 (for 4x6 paper) and 4x6*2 (for 8x6 paper) I had loaded 8x6 paper it don't recognize the cut mode and print in strange position I attach the photo, I must do something? Can you help me please as I need it for a Photo Booth. Thank you |

I don't know how much help I can be -- That printer has been reported to work with Gutenprint 5.2.10 and newer, but nodbody here has direct access to one of those printers. So this is what I see the basic function signatures looking like. I am using a MAC with high sierra 10.13 I need a driver for a samsung printer ML-1710. I tried the drivers for other samsung printers from you but they did not work. Can you help? Hi, I am having issues with my canon Pixma MG7520 printer and i think it is the driver (the printer stopped working about 2 years ago). Through a canon help forum, i learned I could try to use Gutenprint driver. My OS is Catalina 10.15.7. I've tried to download the guten print driver but not sure it has done anything. when i turn on my printer it still shows this [image: IMG_7789.jpg] Canon charges $19.99 for a phone calo/support which is ridiculous! That type of warning would be generated either from a Canon driver or directly from the printer. My *guess* is that the message is coming directly from the printer and is indicating there is a problem with the printer itself. Matt |
