#727 Printer Application

Develop a Printer Application based on Gutenprint. Printer Applications are the replacement for CUPS printer drivers and provide IPP Everywhere/AirPrint printers that are accessible to any client on the local network/system.

We should probably start with LPrint, which offers CUPS-less printing support as well and would allow Gutenprint to be built and packaged as a snap/AppImage/etc.
