Mac High Sierra Canon MP600 support (no new official canon drivers, i think no postscript support)

Hi

I installed gutenprint, but i guess I dont have and cant find CUPS for canon mp600 high sierra,
CUPS are needed for gutenprint to work? I am hoping they fix my issue below

I am trying to get back my mp600 to work with the update to high sierra as now for example I can't print barcodes,
I googled and seems to be no post script support, how to fix this ?
