#759 Epson Stylus NX420 - Vertical Colour Alignment Incorrect

I'm using gutenprint-5.3.4 on freebsd and printing to a Epson Stylus NX420 over the network. I've setup CUPS locally to print to the network printer.

Printing monochrome is fine, but as you can see, printing colour is not ok. The vertical colour alignment is incorrect.

The printer is calibrated fine however - I've also attached a printout from a mac talking over the network to the same printer. Everything is aligned just fine there.
