#3 MacClipboard: PICT file save filter

It should be pretty easy to make a platform-dependent PICT file
filter based on the code from MacClipboard's 0.1 release for
copying and pasting as PICT, just directed to a file.

I haven't really seen many PICT files for a while, but maybe
they're around somewhere. :)
