#11 GIMP-app nativ on Intel Macs soon?

Hi there,

any chance we see a native gimp-app for OS X on Intel
soon? The website says PPC+Intel, but somehow I doubt
that it runs nativ on my Intel box.
Any help from a guy witch a Intel Mac needed to help
with this?

OK, if nobody else does it, I take the chance to answer
myself. It seems that indeed the 2.2.10+svg is compiled as
binary for ppc and intel:

/Applications/Grafik/Gimp.app/Contents/Resources/bin/gimp-2.2:
Mach-O universal binary with 2 architectures
/Applications/Grafik/Gimp.app/Contents/Resources/bin/gimp-2.2
(for architecture i386): Mach-O executable i386
/Applications/Grafik/Gimp.app/Contents/Resources/bin/gimp-2.2
(for architecture ppc): Mach-O executable ppc

But the Apple-I for GIMP.app said PowerPC (not Universal!)
Therefore I've no clue if the intel binay is indeed executed
if gimp is started from the finder.

Any way to verify this?
