Directory containing convert and ghostscript

    I just installed gImageReader on Windows 7. On startup it is asking to configure it by specifying the following directories:
    Directory containing tesseract
    Directory containing dictionaries
    Directory containing convert
    Directory containing ghostscript

    What are these convert and ghostscript directories? Do i need to install some additional utility?
