#6 Unwanted downloads occasionally reappear in transfers.

When a download is completed occasionally it'll start
downloading that file again. When downloads are
canceled they'll occasionally reappear in transfers as
well. It only seems to happen when there's a host
available to transfer data with.

Completed transfers" is not checked. I haven't tested to see
if it happens when "Cancelled transfers" isn't checked.
