#2 User Groups and Individual Users

In version 0.4, there are individual users. We want to
keep this functionality, but allow users to create user
groups. These group don?t have
their own login, but they should have their own
pictures and names. Any group member should have
authority to add or claim a gift. Group
members should be barred from viewing claim information
for a gift for the group.
There should probably be an option to select whether
single users or groups are displayed in the?userr
pane.e
