#1 quoting problems

When an item is entered, such as:

Paul Burch "Fool for Love" - Bloodshot Records (CD)

and then you click on the item to edit it, the first
double quote mark and everything after it doesn't show
up in the editing box.

Escaping the quotes doesn't seem to help either - they
show up as literal quotes in the user interface, but
the still problem still happens when you try to edit it.
