#160 block spam

looking at my search results, i see something that is
obbiously spam with 100 hosts. please provide a way to
block all of those people from future results.

a more proactive way to block spam would be generate a
random UUID and search for it. any results are clearly
dynamically generated, so mark anyone with a result as
spam.

once flagged, all results rom them are dropped and not
propagated.
