Subversion repository

For those who may be interersted in joining the development of libungif and giflib, I've moved my subversion repository to a publically accessible server. this is sitting in my house in Vermont, which is subject to summer thunderstorms so reliability then is not assured. Still, it'll have to do until sourceforge gets subversion cpability.

The latest revision of libungif is at: http://springer.homelinux.com:8080/svn/libungif/libungif/trunk

The same for giflib is:
