Firefox and Google Chrome display it correctly. However, when it is decoded by giflib (v5.0.2), some rows at the bottom of the image are not aligned properly. One thing to notice is that it is an interlaced image.

I have been unable to reproduce this, and will close it shortly unless I can find a way to make it manifest. You say "when it is decoded by giflib (v5.0.2)"; how did you test this? What viewer or other software did you use>
