#160 Two critical issues in libgif

Hello, I met 2 issues when I was using lib gif to extract gif frame.

1. DGifSlurp will failed at DGifGetRecordType, it seems giflib doesn't think about eof states. If I ignore the return vaule of DGifSlurp, libgif still can decode frame.
2. Another question is very strange, beside first frame, the color of other frames are very distortion.

The gif file size is big, if I use smaller, first question is gone, but I still get second issue.

I think you have misunderstood the API documentation.

If you can tell me specifically where the kibrary failsvto do what it say it will do, I'll fix it.

If you can tell me wghere the documentationis unclear, I'll fix that.
