#1 Cannot add powerpoint Add-In

I have installed GhostWord 2.10 and I cannot install
the Powerpoint addin. I have PPT 2003; I see the add
in in my Macros dir. but PPT seems to reject it;
nothing happens inside PPT after attempting to add.
