#42 Scrollbars; option for both panels to move or disable the scrollbars

Hi! I keep catching the scrollbars with my finger, sending my view of a directory flying to stoke other spot.

An additional option for each panel to disable the its scrollbar or move it to the other side of the panel would be greatly appreciated!
