#41 More info and/or control over settings backup/restore

The existing feature to backup and restore settings is very useful, for when reinstalling on same device, or installing on a new device. I have a couple of suggestions to improve this:

1. At the moment, it says that the settings have been saved, but doesn't tell you where (i.e. directory/filename). Admittedly they are not extremely hard to find, but still it would be nice if it was more explicit
2. Alternatively or in addition, allow the user to select a directory/filename to save the settings too. And similarly when restoring settings, allow the user to pick a directory/filename
