#15 Remove dexclassloaders

F-droid.org can't publish the latest version of the app as fdroidserver objects to dexclassloaders in the source code. This could be innocuous, but I'm not a programmer and I haven't been able to look into it, but even if it is I wouldn't be able to stop it tripping the fdroidserver scanner.
